November birthday celebrators and celebrations

Dr. Weng Lucero had a birthday to celebrate a full moon ago and she invited her close friends and some colleagues to a hearty lunch at Luy's Classic Tea House for lunch. The food was just superb!

Lita Cabugao had dinner on her birthday at their home in Casals Village where most of her guests were from the Jesu Christi Community. One of our members, Evelyn Dakay from Orlando, Florida was in town so she was with us during the celebration with hubby Jun Dakay.

But the bigger birthday party was that of Meren Gepilano with dinner at the Laguna Garden at The Terraces. Her son Rico and wife Emma and grandchildren Angelo and Erika were in dancing attendance. Her special guests were close friends…businessman Carlos Yeung, Cong. Benhur Salimbangon and brothers Cesar, Danny and Edwin and dear friend Shirley Ting. Her family surprised her with seven fondant cakes, each representing the nations she visited in some parts of the world. We enjoyed savoring the different flavors of the fondant cakes made by Fountainhead.
