Baby shower for Carla

The invite stated: Come in your Kaftan, Mu-Mu or loose gowns with flower prints and with something blue. Blue signifies Carla Yeung McKowen who is in that interesting stage and will be having another baby boy.Carla is expected to deliver her second son on November 28 via CS in Hong Kong. Reason for the baby shower hosted by her glamorous mom Mariquita S. Yeung.

Setting for the after-sundown soiree was the Gazebo of Villa Mariquita where Teresin Mendezona turned the place into an elegant dining salon. Elegant Swiss chandeliers hang suspended all over the high-ceilinged gazebo with large round tableful of chocolates and sumptuous desserts.

At the side was Carla's dad Carlos who, was also excited to be a doting grandfather again. Young couple, Chris and Carla were so excited too that a week after the cocktail cum dinner party in her honor, they left for Hong Kong where they will wait for the birth of the second prince in the family.
