The 15th Golden Cowrie

CEBU, Philippines - Cebu's Golden Cowrie Filipino Restaurant celebrated the blessing and opening of its 15th branch in the country last August 5, with the new venue located along AS Fortuna St in Mandaue.

Following the tradition of superb Filipino dishes and specials set by the first Golden Cowrie which opened its doors in 1982, the new Golden Cowrie in AS Fortuna is the sixth in Cebu, maintaining the distinct hallmarks found in the first Golden Cowrie in Salinas Drive in Lahug, along with its branches in Robinsons Cybergate, SM City Cebu, the Marina Mall and in the Ayala Center Cebu.

Celebrating the opening of its Cagayan de Oro City branch in 2010, Golden Cowrie's roster of nationwide branches includes Golden Cowrie in Ozamis City, Dumaguete City and General Santos City, along with branches in Bohol and Boracay.

Apart from continuing the Golden Cowrie tradition of quality dishes, desserts and specials, the new Golden Cowrie in AS Fortuna is the first to highlight the Golden Cowrie Take Out Counter, which offers a range of Filipino favorites like Ngohiong, Lechon Manok and Liempo to customers.  (FREEMAN)
