Cinderella Confidential

CEBU, Philippines - The prince has the shoe.  He’s ready to wed.  But who’s the woman behind the foot?  Two investigative reporters - Deb Jabber (played by AG Campos) from Action Newsay Now and Sonny Glamour (played by Russel de Sagun) from Glitter Kingdom Today - compete for the scoop of the century, interviewing everybody from a fairy godmother in desperate need of a day-planner to mice in the witness protection program.  Look for cameos from Pinocchio, Jack and his cow, and other celebrities in this no-holds-barred expose of the timeless love story and what it means to find - and TELL - the truth.

The Abba’s Orchard School - Cebu in Mabolo is performing its first-ever play called Cinderella Confidential, a comedy by Eric Coble.  It is a “reworking of Cinderella’s story for the media age,” writes Cleveland Scene Magazine. 

Cinderella Confidential’s cast is made up of Abba’s Orchard’s high school and some grade-school students, and is produced and directed by Joanna Wu-Po.  It is a great play - well written, very funny.  Both adults and children can enjoy the show.  This play will be performed on Saturday, February 16, 4pm at the Marcelo Fernan Press Center, Lahug, Cebu City.  For tickets, please contact Ms. Din Sevilla at 0923-5053573 or 2329618.
