Launching of miss Cebu 2013 online voting for miss photogenic

CEBU, Philippines - The online voting booths for the Miss Cebu 2013 pageant were launched recently at the Ayala Center Cebu Level 2 bridgeway near Acebedo Optical and WAGW and at the SM City Cebu 2nd floor Main Mall. As the prestigious pageant draws nearer, the Cebu City Tourism Commission is giving everyone an opportunity to vote for Miss Photogenic via online voting until January 13, 2013. Anyone with a valid email address is eligible to vote. One registered email address is equivalent to one (1) vote.

The 12 candidates vying for the Miss Cebu 2013 crown are Marie Ann G. Maraon (Ann), Therese Christine E. Llamada (Timay), Janessa Fe M. Alcarez (Jan), Jehanne Frances R. Dy (Jeh), Marivee Ann C. Velasquez (Mavii), Reinalyn A. Nonol (Rein), Patricia Ann T. Estuart (Trish), Namrata Neesha L. Murjani (Neesh), Ely Rose Apple S. Angcon (Apple), Maria S. Gigante (Yang), Maebelle Erica C. Barro (Erica) and Mary Lorens V. Goyenechea (Lorens).  The photos of the lovely ladies displayed at the voting booths were taken by Dan Douglas Ong, art direction and styling by Edwin Ao and Protacio Empaces, make-up by the Make-up Artists Club of Cebu & Jonas Borces Beauty Studio and photo layout by Monica Orellano.

Supporters from around the world can also take part in the voting process by visiting  www.cebucitytourism.com/misscebu2013 . Click on “Finalists” at the top part of the page, click on the particular candidate to view their information and click on “Vote for this Candidate” when your candidate’s photo is on screen. Enter your complete name, valid email address and address, and complete the vote by clicking on “Vote Now”. Online votes will comprise 50% of the criteria for Miss Photogenic, 20% from Ng Khai, sponsor of the online voting booths and 30% from the official photographers’ votes (Joseph Ong, Dan Ong and Mark Anthony Damaolao).

On January 13, 2013, Sunday, catch the Pre-Pageant night at the Ayala Center Cebu Activity Center at 7:30pm. This is open to the public. The 29th Miss Cebu Coronation Night will be held on January 16, 2013, Wednesday, 6:30 pm at the Pacific Grand Ballroom of the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino and will be telecast live over Studio 23.

Tickets to the Coronation Night are now available at the online voting booths, Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino and the Cebu City Tourism Office at the 2nd floor of the Rizal Museum and Public Library in Osmeña Boulevard.
