City Homes launched

CEBU, Philippines -  Grand Land, Inc. has launched City Homes, its residential housing development, located in the prime areas of Mactan, Mandaue, and Minglanilla.

According to Ryan Bernard Go, president of Grand Land, these mid-market townhouses and single attached modern Asian homes will be structurally built with superior specifications and high grade construction on a two-hectare lot.

City Homes in Tungha-an, Minglanilla, for example, is made sure it is just 200 meters away from the National South Highway (across Tungkop); five minutes from Gaisano Grand Mall in Minglanilla, five minutes from the Minglanilla Church, five minutes from the South General Hospital, 10 minutes to the South Road Properties, 30 minutes to the airport, and 15 minutes to the seaport.

Go underlined the leverage this gives to clients, being able to live in affordable properties that offer them proximity to major and important facilities and locations.

It was emphasized further that each townhouse is designed with a carport so when the homeowner gets to buy his/her own vehicle, he/she wouldn't park it on the main road.

Security is to be complimented with cozy modern amenities and pockets of landscaped gardens. Model types vary from a two-bedroom starter unit (40 sq.m.; one-story single attached) to a family unit of three-to-four bedrooms (73 sq.m.; two-storey single attached) with prices ranging from P1.9 million to P3.8 million.

The 112 units here are seen to provide every family the upscale comfort they deserve where they will experience the real community living and enjoy owning a home that's made affordable.

The project in Minglanilla, started in December 2012 will be turned over to homeowners two years from now. "I really encourage the buyers to come and take a look at these properties on a 100 sq.m. lot area on a very good location. Remember that prices will never go down, so they might as well grab the chance to own houses in interesting locations at reasonable rates. As early as now, pwede na man na nila hulug-hulugan," he said.

City Homes Mactan is in Basak, or just a few steps away from Mactan Doctors Hospital and Gaisano Grand Mall of Mactan. City Homes Mandaue is also in Barangay Basak, a slightly elevated area of the city, on a total land area of 6,155 square meters.

On the day of the launch (November 27), an official groundbreaking of Grand Residences Cebu Towers 1 and 2 also took place, with the presence of partner architectural firm Archiglobal Inc. and contractor Art Builders.

Grand Residences is the flagship real estate development project of GLI, a member of the Gaisano Grand Group of Companies.
