Cebu City Marriott Hotel GM Bruce Winton hosted dinner at Garden Café honoring the eight lifestyle scribes whose birthdays were celebrated on different dates: Mayen - March 26, Nelia - March 28, Chinggay - June 2, Joe - June 19, Flor - June 24, Cookie - July 16, Mila - July 17, Jaime - August 20 and Honey - August 23. Of course, the dinner affair would not have been possible without Charlene Go, Communications Manager, who organized the party.
As we were enjoying the marvelous food specially concocted for the scribes, we were titillated no end by the beautiful music played on the piano by Silvard Kool, international concert pianist. Silvard's repertoire were his own compositions and music of yesteryears. You will see Silvard at Garden Café until August 9.

Lawyer Joje Zamora Decal marked a milestone a week ago, and oh yes, she did not pass the day without celebrating her all-important day. She hosted lunch for dear friends at the uptown resto. Her good friend, Judge Liza Tecson from Makati came all the way just to attend Joje's birthday. Some officers and members of Beautiful Cebu Movement of which Joje is the president attended the luncheon gathering. To Joje, more birthdays to come!
