All-you-can-eat Asian Fusion

CEBU, Philippines - Four buffet stations of all-you-can-eat Japanese, Korean and Chinese fares, of dessert and salad spread, and Yakiniku electric smokeless grillers each installed on 30 tables - all under one roof!

The newly opened Yugo Yakiniku Smokeless Grill along Juan Luna Ave., Mabolo is a casual venue for family eat-outs over a Japenese bbq dining (yakiniku), using electric (say goodbye to charcoal-fired grills) smokeless grills, which is probably a first in the metro, according to owners Marilou and Kenneth Yu who are joined by daughters Krystal and Kathrin.

As the name implies, Yugo, Japanese for fusion, is where the three Asian cuisine favorites are featured in buffet spreads. Meat selections such as chicken, pork, beef, ham, bacon and sausages, liver, crabstick, seafood choices such as fish (salmon and cream dory), squid and shrimp, and kebabs are available seasoned with salt & pepper or in different marinades ready to be tossed atop the mesh. Of course, to add to your Japanese meal delight, the kitchen brigade added a station dedicated for sushi and sashimi. You can't miss it! Diners can also help themselves with Korean dishes and all-time Chinese favorites, as well as salads with different dressings and desserts to cap a meal.  

Yugo is designed for families or group gatherings since the tables can accommodate up to eight pax each. It's spacious, hence guests can freely move and walk around the sideboards.

Yugo Yakiniku Smokeless Grill is situated at the ground floor of Crown 7 Building, Brgy. Kasambagan, Mabolo. Lunch is at P488 while dinner is P538 excluding the all-you-can-drink priced at P60; for children four feet below, you have to pay P300 for lunch while P400 for dinner. Restaurant hours: 11:30am -02:30pm; and 05:30pm -10:30pm.
