“Health is wealth. We can enjoy a long life if we protect our health,” said franchise owner Justin S. Uy in his speech during the Gold’s Gym grand opening last April 21.

Uy shared that his brother initially proposed that they start a new gym because it only involves low costs. However, Uy insisted on getting a Gold’s Gym franchise “because I want to give the best to the Cebuanos.”

Gold’s Gym Cebu uses Star Trac, a high technology work out machine, which offers easy and light operations to the user. The gym also offers different wellness classes such as precision cycling, cardio dancing, kickboxing and yoga to keep your body fit and healthy.

Gold’s Gym Cebu Manager Annie Neric said that they also offer the ‘less meals body combat’ program where clients are trained to eat less meals in order to achieve the preferred body structure while keeping the inside healthy.

Of course, one cannot do it alone for the first time! But don’t worry because there are six certified trainers to help you in achieving your goal to becoming physically fit!

Gold’s Gym Cebu already has attracted a number of clients.

“Most of them are working people. They come here in the afternoon after work and before going home,” said Neric. “Mommies and students also come by,” she added.

Gold’s Gym Cebu members are entitled to one free visit to any Gold’s Gym abroad. By registration, a client will be given a passport to which he or she will show to a branch anywhere in the world.
