The Cebu chamber singers

CEBU, Philippines - The Cebu Chamber Singers, under the brilliant tutelage of music maestro Dennis Gregory Sugarol, is a thirty-five member group aimed to ”raise the Cebuano voice” to the world. Already bagging the Busan Choral Festival and Competition, an international choral competition joined by choral groups from Russia, Lithuania, Japan, China, Thailand, Indonesia and twenty-one other countries in Busan, South Korea, last November, the group hoists itself to the many upcoming challenges in the international scene.

Cebu Chamber Singers has also competed and was proclaimed “Winner of the Asian Open” winning two gold diplomas in Jakarta and won at the 2008 First Asian Choir Games. In the same year, they brought home gold and bronze diplomas in the Mixed and Ethnic categories from Busan, Korea.
