Ayala Center Cebu's Pink October

CEBU, Philippines - Join the premier shopping destination of the South as it celebrates Think Pink 2011. All set for this month are Think Pink-inspired events for everyone to take part and enjoy. Start up the month-long celebration by expanding once awareness on the Think Pink campaign, founded and spearheaded by Ayala Center Cebu held every October to celebrate cancer awareness and to raise funds for cancer patients all over the country. Last year’s Think Pink Campaign, one of the most successful events of 2010 was able to raise over 200,000 Pesos worth of donation to I Can Serve Foundation and Kythe Foundation through various mall activities and events.

Ayala Center Cebu will also bring in an International Artist, a Brit-Award Winning UK Classical-Boy band, BLAKE for a live concert at The Terraces on October 23, 2011 at 6:30 PM. Ayala Malls’ Foreign Artist Concert Events have always ensured quality entertainment for their shoppers and received recognition from media and the private sector alike.  

So once again, Ayala center cebu invites you to join them as they embark on another meaningful Think Pink Movement this October.

October 7 to 17, at Paseo Marina: Celebrity Auction – Get ready to bid. Personal items and other precious items from famous personalities & celebrities are on the line for the interested bidders.

The proceeds of which will be donated to the ICAN Serve Foundation.

October 12, 5pm at The Terraces: Moon Walk – Walk hand in hand for Breast Cancer Awareness with the Moon Walk to start at the Cebu Business Park and culminate with a Human Pink Ribbon at The Walk, Cebu IT Park. Let’s all wear pink and be part of Cebu’s First Human Pink Ribbon. To be followed by Think Pink Rocks a free concert featuring Cebu’s top bands and musical acts that will surely rock Cebu IT Park.

October 14-23 at the Rotunda Area: Everything Pink! Exhibit – Fill your days with everything pink and beautiful with the Everything Pink! Exhibit. The show will feature accessories, clothing, gadgets, sports apparels and other items – all in pink. Be one with the cause and Get Spotted in Pink. On October 14, be sure to put on those pink wardrobes and get the chance to win prizes!

October 14-23 at the Level 1, Paseo Solana: A Pink Life Exhibit – A photo exhibit by Images Camera Club of Cebu showcasing beautiful and awe-inspiring images of people who have fought and won against the big C.

October 21, 6pm at The Terraces: Pink Cocktails featuring MYMP – A celebration would not be complete without the company of good food, music and entertainment and on the same night, auction winners will be awarded with their winning pieces.

September 28 to October 14 at the Exhibit Area 1,:  Revolution Revisited – A Photo Exhibit by Kim Komenich brought by the Ayala Museum.

September 30-October 1, 6pm at The Terraces: 1st Korean Festival –

October 14, 6pm at The Terraces: Wanderstruck (USC-CAFA Fashion Show) – Taking in the wonders of the world and changing them into fashion.

October 14-16, mall hours at The Activity Center: BPI Housing Madness -

October 15, 10am-8pm at The Terraces: Converse Block Party – A gathering of basketball and skateboarding enthusiasts, music bands and graffiti artists where they can showcase their remarkable talents and skills.

October 19-22, mall hours at the Activity Center: CROCS Mega Sale -

October 24-29, mall hours at the Activity Center: PNA Memorabilia Exhibit-

October 25, 7pm at The Terraces: PNA Welcome Party -

October 29, whole day: Halloween Event –For a minimum purchase tie-up, kids can go Trick or Treating and enjoy freebies and entertainment.
