CEBU, Philippines - Performers clad in whimsical and glamorous costumes, well-choreographed numbers and elaborate props make up a Las Vegas type of show. Viva Las Vegas is the newest entertainment attraction in Mactan that replicates the nightly shindigs at the Vegas strip. Managed by Noel Obsequias, who has long been performing in bars in the capital and has directed pocket performances and big shows, Viva Las Vegas is a showcase of 14 numbers consisting of songs, dances and comedy, with a 20 all-Cebuano cast for the duration of one hour. Obsequias, the brain of VLV, handpicked the performers and applied his expertise in choreography, stage direction and costume design in this show held every night at 7PM. On-stage videoke with stand-up comedians and karaoke masters will follow at 10PM. Viva Las Vegas is located along Basak Highway in Lapu-Lapu City.
