SM's little stars visit Xiamen, China

CEBU, Philippines - It was a shining moment for SM’s Little Stars 2010 Grand Prize Winner Mareeya Akira Vane Sapia, when she visited China from May 27 to 31 to grace the Grand Finals of the SM Little Stars China in SM City Xiamen. Together with First Runner Up Johnny Regana and Second Runner Up Nicole Morgan, she gave the audience a sample of young Filipino talent.

The five- day visit is part of Cultural Exchange Program of the SM Supermalls in the Philippines and China. Accompanied by their parents, the Little Stars had the extraordinary opportunity to explore the city’s tourist destinations and learn about Chinese culture, as well. They also had time to bond with their Little Star China counterparts, and learn more about each other’s countries.

The tour also kicked off the search for Little Stars 2011, which begins on June 13 at all SM Supermalls. More excitement and bigger prizes are at stake in this nationwide search for this year’s SM Little Star.
