EYEWATCH: Philips opens service center at One Mango

CEBU, Philippines - To better serve their loyal clients, Philips recently opened a service center cum showroom at One Mango Place along Gen. Maxilom Avenue in partnership with Fix Master Electronics.

Philips Consumer Lifestyle Business Leader Victor Caindec said the establishment of the service center cum showroom is the fulfillment of their mission to “bring a pleasant experience to our clients who bought Philips products.”

He said the center is a place where people can bring any Philips product - from audio-video to their toothbrush line and even to lighting – for check ups or repair. Philips clients can also check on new products at the center.

“This is by far the most beautiful Philips service center. It is very accessible and there are a lot of parking spaces available,” he added.

Fix Master Electronics, meanwhile, is a Manila-based company that has been a trusted name when it comes to electronics servicing for 15 years already.

CEO Engr. Norman Leyva shared that it has been his dream to be a service center for one particular brand and they are very excited with establishment of the Philips Service Center here.

The center, according to Philips Service Manager Jun Campos, will take care of the servicing needs of their Visayas and Mindanao clients.
