CEBU, Philippines - Metro Gaisano's sister company, Taft Property Ventures, successfully held the "Time Capsule Laying" of their tallest vertical project, Horizons 101. The event was attended by Cebu City Mayor Mike Rama, Gaisano executives and the project's engineers.
The time capsule contains three local newspapers, one of which is The FREEMAN, an image of St. Joseph the Patron Saint of Real Estate, building plans for Horizons 101, coins and a crucifix.
Taft Property received guidance from Feng Shui expert Charlie Chao. In addition to that, the young company's project is backed up by a team of experts and specialists in the field of real estate.
Tower 1 which will house 868 condominium units will have a cosmopolitan façade designed by Architech Luis Santiago. The residential condominium is smacked right at the heart of Cebu, over 50 storeys with excellent amenities that will cater to the modern lifestyle.
"Not only are we making a first-class building but we are also making sure that the residents are comfortable," states Taft Property's Chief Operating Officer Manuel Colayco Jr. on exceeding standards in property development.
