Golden Prince Hotel's Wider Menu Variety

CEBU, Philippines- Prince Fusion Gourmet, popularly known as Golden Prince Hotel’s in-house restaurant, launches new menu options heavily based on local flavor.

A culinary team led by Chef Marlou Almasco introduces a wide array of Asian infused food selection with an Italian touch. All new items on the menu are collective ideas from the head chef’s crew.

Familiar favorites like Pochero sa Cebu, Pasta Carbonara, Stir Fried Vegetables and Yang Chow Fried Rice are recreated to achieve the Prince Fusion Gourmet stamp of approval.

The Burgundy Steak sautéed in red wine and Orange Country Ribs are among the chef’s signature dishes in which he standardized the sauces using fine herbs and spices.

Other available new items are Spareribs seasoned with Garlic and Pepper and Native Soy Chicken made with “bisayang manok” carefully basted with its pan juices, lending an exquisite flavor to the chicken.

Alamasco promises that all preparations done are extensively checked and primed to assure customers of having an amazing dining experience.
