Dalit sa sugbu-anon

Cebu Parklane International Hotel treated some friends from the local media to a one-of-a-kind launch party for Dalit Sa Sugbu-anon, a whole day activity in honor of the hotel's late president Manuel G. Ting's birthday last Sunday. On board the Amawah Yacht, heavy snacks and refreshing drinks were served as it cruised along the Mactan Chanel while an acoustic band entertained everyone with some beautiful songs.

Right after that sunset cruise, the group proceeded to Cebu Parklane International Hotel's newest Cebuano specialty restaurant, Kan-anan for dinner and a press conference which was hosted by Bruce Bollozos and CPIH's Marketing and Communications Manager Jaybee Aquino. The hotel's icons “Manggo” and “Mangga” were also unveiled that evening. Dozens of “Manggoes” and “Manggas” were attached artistically on a mango tree and were raffled off to the guests.

The different activities lined-up were: a fun run dubbed as Hunat Sugbo: Dagan Para Ni Maning, a Medical Mission in cooperation with the Jesu Cristi Community of Cebu Manna-Ministry, together with doctors and consultants of the Philippine Association of Family Physicians, and the hotel's first-ever Cebuano specialty restaurant, Kan-anan grand opening.

It was indeed a memorable day for the family, close friends and loyal employees of the late Manuel G. Ting. A leader, a father and a friend.
