Leather me this, leather me that!

CEBU, Philippines - Angel Sultan, the general manager, said the collection now features new designs and colors that would go well this summer. Reds, blues, greens, pinks and shades of brown and yellow are perfect hand candies for the fashionista who want high quality leather bags and accessories.

"We sell high quality genuine leather bags and accessories that are really durable. Plus, we are the only ones selling colored leather," she said. Angel's Collection, which is under the Emerald Group of Companies, manufactures its own leather bags, wallets, belts, jewelry boxes, travelling bags, business card holders and cellphone holders in its factory in India.

Their bags, especially their travelling bags, are perfect for outings and travels this season because these are made of pure leather and can withstand the rigors of travel. "You know that you are using durable products and you get to be stylish, as well," she said, adding that leather products, when taken care of properly, can last up to 10 years.

"And taking care of your leather does not mean keeping it in the closet! Genuine leather does not get destroyed when exposed to water or the sun's heat. However, when you do not use it anymore, you must clean it first before putting the items on storage, to preserve it," she said. Angel's Collection staff will gladly teach you how to take care of your leather when you visit any of their shops.

Ms. Sultan also said that Angel's Collection, especially at its branch at the Banilad Town Center, has expanded its line to fashion accessories and ready-to-wear casual and formal apparel for men and women.

"We have expanded the Angel's Collection line at our BTC branch. We now have gowns, casual dresses and blouses for women, polos and T-shirts for men, as well as fashion accessories like earrings, necklaces and bracelets for women. I am also planning to have my own shoe line in the future," she shared.

Angel's Collection is located at the Banilad Town Center and at the SM City Cebu. Their products are also sold in major hotels in the city such as Marco Polo Plaza Hotel, Imperial Palace and Waterfront Mactan. (FREEMAN)
