For the non-coffee drinkers, Raquel shares this Chocolate Drink recipe:

Drop four to five pieces of quickmelttablea into a thermo mug with one cup of hot water. Shake and serve. Add sugar to taste or a little milk or Kahlua.

You can prepare your tablea drink without cooking.

Tablea Crème Brulee

Ingredients:

1 liter all-purpose cream

12 pieces egg yolks

150 grams sugar

¾ cup tablea puree

Procedure:

1.         Simmer all-purpose cream, set aside.

2.         Mix eggyolks and sugar, then add to the all-purpose cream.

3.         Put the tablea puree to the mixture then mix all together.

4.         Steam bake/steam at 120C for 20 to 30 minutes.
