CEBU, Philippines - To officially welcome the Year of the Metal Rabbit, Waterfront Airport Hotel & Casino Mactan treated its guests with a Chinese cuisine buffet spread that highlights well-loved delicacies (such as tikoy, fortune cookies) , delectable appetizers and mouthwatering desserts (the lychee cheese cake is to die for). The famous dim sum staples such as ham rolls, cabbage rolls, steamed chicken and siomai are of course the stars of the dim sum station, alongside some sliced century eggs, smoked salmon and pan-seared tuna. Stir-fried noodles with sweet ginger soya sauce was among the options in the main course spread together with grilled pork ribs that has a distinct Chinese flavor.
