Japengo Opens In Mactan

CEBU, Philippines - After two successful operations at The Parkmall and at the Robinsons Cybergate, Japengo Modern Japanese Restaurant opened its third branch, this time at the South Gate Mall in Basak, Mactan.

Dan Legarde, Managing Partner of Japengo is proud of this development. “Our main objective then was to make Japanese food attainable to everyone,” he said, adding that with the opportunity of operating a third branch is proof that more and more people are now enjoying Japanese flavors they can afford. “Our Combo Meals are one of the more popular items in our Menu,” he enthused.

Known for its ample portions and striking designs Japengo with its strategic location just within the MEPZ2 complex, will serve the Mactan community inventive Japanese cuisine ranging from sushi (hand-rolled rice), nimono (simmered dishes), and creative kobachi (salads) to signature dishes like Menmono (noodles), yakimono (grilled dishes), specialty rolls, special maki selections and fried rice platters. The introduction of Combo Meals such as Ten Donburi, as well as Ramen selections makes Japengo available to everyone, even to students.

Japengo South Gate is open daily for lunch and dinner.
