GENVI Breaks Ground For North Ridge

CEBU, Philippines - GENVI Development Corporation, the developers of Monterrazas de Cebu, held the groundbreaking ceremonies of The Pavilion at the North Ridge last September 28. The North Ridge is an over 210-hectare community within the Monterrazas de Cebu development, aside from The Peaks.

GENVI president and general manager Augusto "Toti" Villalon said that 80 percent of North Ridge is already sold and by the first quarter of next year, buyers can already start building their homes. Most of the buyers, he said, are Cebuano professionals and entrepreneurs who are building their own homes for the first time.
