Hilton Cebu launches new theme nights

CEBU, Philippines - Hilton Cebu Resort & Spa launched five new themed nights for its dinner buffets at the resort’s all-day dining restaurant, Vanilla Beach Café. The new themes include Mediterranean, International, Seafood, Steak and Asian.

There will be a different theme for each night of the week. Tuesdays will highlight Mediterranean favorites including Italian homemade pasta and pizzas, Greek mezze and Spanish tapas to name just a few. Wednesday is all about exploring the different flavors of the world as the theme goes International. The freshest of catches from the sea will grace the buffet stations on Seafood Nights every Friday. On Saturday Steak Nights, guests will be treated to succulent ribs and juicy steaks from the sumptuous selection.

On Mondays evenings, the Cultural Night with the Filipino Cultural Show at the beachfront will continue to mesmerize foreign guests with the culture and grace of the Filipinos. The menu will be totally new - after all there are 1701 island specialties to cover!

Thursdays will still be a “Fiery Night” with an exciting fire poi exhibition that never fails to captivate every guest coming to the restaurant to dine. The new menu will now feature barbecues and grill.  (THE FREEMAN)
