Marco Polo Plaza Cebu appoints new F&B Manager

CEBU, Philippines - The Marco Polo Plaza, Cebu City’s only five-star hotel, announces the newest member of its dynamic management team — Mr. Stephan Wieprich, who comes on board as the new Food and Beverage Manager.

Born in Leipzig, Germany, Mr. Wieprich has extensive background in F&B and restaurant management, as well as banquet service. Prior to joining the Marco Polo Plaza last April 5, he was working in Manila holding different positions at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza, Mandarin Hotel and Wine Depot Corporation. He has also worked in various hotels located in England, U.S.A., Switzerland and Germany. Mr. Wieprich is fluent in German, English and has basic knowledge in French and Tagalog. Just as he was warmly welcomed to Cebu, Mr. Wieprich is delighted to personally welcome guests and, together with his team, endeavor to make each dining experience truly memorable at the Marco Polo Plaza.
