Primary Homes Opens Its Second Satellite Office

CEBU, Philippines - Primary Homes Inc. opened its second satellite office at the second level of SM City Cebu last June 17.

The choice of location is in line with the company’s thrust to expand product and service offers in the region’s robust real estate landscape, as well as to ensure ease of access and convenience to the agents’ clientele.

The new office is a lot bigger than the first satellite office in Parkmall and is divided into two sections – the receiving area (this is specially made for the clients, where they can transact their business) and the function hall (this is for the agents where they can hold their trainings and seminars).

The third project is a 3,000 sq. m. 19-storey building with 200 rooms called Avalon at the Cebu Business Park, undoubtedly a most sought-after location as it is literally a few steps away from the Ayala Center Cebu.

Avalon is a high-end condominium with units priced from P 5M – P 20M and offers one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom units and a penthouse.
