CEBU, Philippines - Pascal Jansen has been appointed as the new Executive Chef at the Hilton Cebu Resort & Spa. Chef Pascal brings with him 20 years of global culinary experience, having made his way from small city restaurants to luxurious 5-star hotels in Holland and United Arab Emirates.
Chef Pascal started working as a chef in the early 1990s. He also has experience working with Michelin Star chefs when he joined Vermeer and La Rive in 1997 and 2003 respectively. His first international experience was at Grosvenor House in Dubai. . Following which, Chef Pascal joined Hilton Dubai Jumeirah where he served as an Executive Sous Chef.
The role at the Hilton Cebu Resort & Spa will be Chef Pascal’s first Executive Chef position and his first time working in the Philippines. As the Executive Chef, he will take charge of all the hotel’s restaurants, including Vanilla Beach Café, Manny O’s and Seas and the banquet operations.
An exciting line up of culinary surprises is on its way as he makes his magic in the kitchen at the Hilton Cebu Resort & Spa.
