Benjarong's Chef Tun conducts cooking classes this March
CEBU, Philippines - Now, you may immerse yourself into the authentic taste of Amazing Thailand right at the comforts of your home as Benjarong’s Lady Thai Chef reveals the secrets of her Thai kitchen to every cooking aficionado all Saturdays of March!
From 10:30am to 12nn every Saturday, Dusit Thani Manila offers Royal Thai Cooking classes led by no less than it’s Master Thai Chef Phacharaporn “Tun” Noinak. Enroll now for only Php 1,200 net per person and discover the many tastes, unique flavours and rich heritage of Thai cuisine. Registration fee includes a certificate of participation, recipe of Chef Tun’s very own featured specialties, complimentary lunch and a round of featured Thai drink per person.
As an opening salvo, featured dish on March 6 is Benjarong’s signature dish Phad Thai Gung (Stir-fried noodle with prawn, bean curd and bean sprout). On March 13, featured dishes are Tom Yam Gung (Hot and sour prawn soup) and Yam Pla Duk Foo (Crispy fried catfish with green mango salad). Lovers of Yam Som O (Pomelo salad) and Khao Klug Kapi (Fried rice with shrimp paste) must enroll on the 20th of March while on March 27, the all-time favorites Khao Phad Sapparod(Pineapple fried rice) and Mee Krob Radna Moo (crispy yellow noodle topped with pork and vegetable gravy sauce) are Chef Tun’s specialties for the day.
