World-Class Eye Care now available in Dumaguete

CEBU, Philippines - Answering the clamor for a highly-specialized and world-class eye care facility in Dumaguete, Cebu’s top eye specialists from ACES Eye Referral Clinics went to the city to inaugurate their first branch outside Cebu.
