For those who are in for a robust meal, the Baby Back Ribs in Sweet Chilli Honey Sauce served with Cheese Crockets is surely the answer. Health conscious? Breaded Creme Dori Fillet with Angelaise Sauce (fresh eggs, mayonnaise flavored with English mustard) and French fries (rice or mashed potato) is for you. Or if you crave for anything refreshing, there’s the Breaded Pineapple Chicken served with gravy and mashed potato – this is chicken stuffed with pineapple. Two weeks ago, Golden Prince Hotel & Suites celebrated its anniversary with a bang! The hotel biggies gathered all its corporate clients to show their gratitude through the Top Corporate Grosser Awards 2009. Their patrons were also feted with a sumptuous dinner and a live tribal-themed performance from the Tribu Bulawanon, composed of the active staff of the hotel. Golden Prince Hotel & Suites managing director Benny Que was surprised with the turn-out of the anniversary extravaganza, saying: “I’m so proud of my staff. I never expected that they could come up with such excellent performance. We were entertained from start to finish. My aggressive staff is indeed the asset of this hotel.” It was also a double celebration since it was also Golden Valley’s 15th anniversary.
