CEBU, Philippines - Having reached another milestone in her life, Mercedes Barte Franco, devoted wife of the late Horacio Martinez Franco, recently celebrated her 96th birthday at the Casino Español de Cebu surrounded by her children, grand children and great grand children.
Dedicating to spend some quality time with her family has always been a testament of her youth; another fruitful year was spent having a delightful dinner buffet with a surprise cake together the singing of the birthday song, organized by her daughter, Diana Franco Ledesma.
