Moulinex Meet And Greet With The Cebuanos

CEBU, Philippines - To formally announce that Moulinex, a range of kitchen appliances which originates from France, are now available at Rustans, Ayala Center in Cebu, a cooking demonstration entitled “Moulinex Meet and Greet with the Cebuanos” was conducted last August 28.

The two-hour event hosted by the endearing Jamie Pineda, Brand Manager of Moulinex, was held at the at the Houseware section of the Rustans Department Store, Ayala Center Cebu. It had an exciting lineup of cooking demonstration of different European recipes, informative talks, and lots of raffle prizes were given away.

The attendees were welcomed by Rustans Department Store manager Joselito Macachor and Ms. Pineda then introduced the newest Moulinex SilverLine collection.

The cooking demonstration was headed Chef Robert Lilja, the Chief Executive Officer of The Gustavian, restaurant located the Ground Floor, of The Terraces. Chef Robert showcased cooking techniques for various cuisines fit for the Moulinex products. Chef Robert, together with the elegant appliances from Moulinex, treated the audience to a gastronomic experience with sweet ideas and perfect recipes for the family namely: “Baked Artichoke Cheese Fondue,” “Steamed Sole Fish in Caper berry Sauce,” and “Steamed Seafood Rice.” Chef Robert’s simple creations, using the Moulinex appliances, showed that life definitely does get easier with Moulinex by your side.

The event ended with a grand raffle where Moulinex gave away kitchen appliances. The successful event was co-presented by Rustans and The Gustavian.
