Marco Polo Plaza Presents Corporate Meetings Fair 2009

CEBU, Philippines - Following the highly successful launch of “Power Meetings and Theme Parties” in 2008, Marco Polo Plaza brings back the Corporate Fair and invites corporate executives and event organizers to another exciting two-day event on September 25-26.

Corporate Fair 2009 offers a menu of special treats for hotel clients including a fascinating showcase of various creative theme and function set-ups, free seminars on various topics from personality development, theme parties to wine appreciation, and a chance to shop for Christmas gifts and year-round corporate giveaways at an exhibit by Manila suppliers. Topping off the two-day event is a corporate fashion show by Cebu’s top corporate and uniform designers.

On Friday, September 25, at 3pm, enjoy your afternoon as one of Cebu’s top image consultants, Jessie Glova gives a lecture and make-up demo in, “Looking your Best for any Occasion.” On Saturday, September 26, at 10am, start your day with a talk titled “Enhance your Leadership Skills,” by Jef Menguin of Growth Orientors Training Consultancy. At 2pm, learn more about setting up theme parties from Clang Garcia, president of Movement Incentive Travel Executives who will talk about in “Turning an Event into an Extraordinary Experience.” At 3pm, get better acquainted with wines in “Wine Appreciation,” by Dondi Joseph, president of Darras & Bowler. To culminate the event a fashion show, entitled “Power Dressing in the Corporate Scene,” will showcase the latest trends in corporate uniforms, executive wear and cocktail dresses by Aina Calvo, Leonardo Igloria, Ditas Rodriguez and Virginia Romoff.

On both days from 10 am – 6 pm, it’s an “Open House” at the Marco Polo Plaza where registered attendees can view various new ideas for theme set-ups in the 2nd & 3rd floor while the Corporate Giveaways Cebu buyers’ show on the mezzanine offers the latest local and international Christmas gifts and year-round corporate giveaways by Manila-based suppliers.
