CEBU, Philippines - Perlvic Café Lutong Bahay is the latest addition in the local restaurant industry. It’s a new fascination that sprang from the imagination of the proprietress, Perla Agudo.

Perlvic Café is a hang-out for both students and businessmen who would want to relax after a hectic day at the office. The place is located in Diez Building corner Ramos and Ranudo streets, beside Velez Hospital. Guests during the opening were Anita San Jose, Consul Jaime Picornell, Helen Franco Misa, Bill and Annie Neri, Atty. and Mrs. Alvin Garcia, Chinggay Utzurrum, Davide and Betty Young, May Tan, Angeli Dinsay, Marina Parado, Elsa Lucero Yared, Anne Hurula, Mark Israel, Patrick Yared, Fely Agudo, Atty.
