An Intimate Summer

CEBU, Philippines - To unveil its Summer 2009 Collection for Intimate Apparel, Avon Fashions whisked a group of media to an enchanting island getaway in Marinduque to witness a very special fashion show.

Directed by renowned fashion director Robby Carmona, the show featured the country’s top models donning the latest in intimate apparel from Avon, which was bannered by six fashion stories. The French Riviera collection was inspired by the cool Mediterranean feel of the southeastern French coastline and mixes blue hues with orange for a refreshing romantic vibe. Burst of Sunshine combines playful and fun shades that bring out the warm and bright spirit, while the Sultry Savannah collection features a fabulous array of safari and tribal-inspired intimates that come in soft shades of pink and brown. The Coast collection showcases bright colors and nautical-inspired prints and designs while the Spring Paradise collection features dainty flowers, charming pastels and sweet and flirty feminine accents. Lastly, the Green with Envy collection declares green as the new black, mixing classics with up-to-date fashion touches.
