The resort features an 840 sq. meter grand ballroom, Dubhe, which can fit up to 600 persons for banquet events and up to 530 persons for seminars and conventions. The ballroom’s high ceiling and collapsible partitions make it an ideal place for your meetings and special celebrations.

Imperial Palace Waterpark Resort & Spa Cebu also has four 109 sq. meter meeting rooms — Megrez, Phad, Merak and Mizar. Each partitioned meeting room can sit up to 60 persons for banquet and meeting events.  Megrez, Phad and Merak meeting rooms may be connected to accommodate up to 180 persons for seminars & conferences. All meeting rooms will have access to high-speed broadband internet, and will be fully equipped with LCD projector & screen, and a flat screen television.  Colored video cameras are also available for event recording.
