Landco awards top brokers for 2008

CEBU, Philippines – Landco Development Corp., developer of premier subdivision project Monterrazas de Cebu (Monterrazas), hosted a special party at Abaca in Mactan to honor its top sales team for 2008. 

In-house sales and brokers, who worked hard to meet the sales target for Monterrazas last year, were treated to a grand appreciation party at the Abaca Resort in Mactan. 

Bagging the top sales awards were Robert Pacana, Michael Placencia, Stella Cimafranca and Elona Antiniero.

Top officials of Landco, Alfredo Xerex Burgos Jr. and Micheal Reyes, graced the event to show their appreciation to their sales partners.

For 2009, more than P20-million worth of commissions and incentives await brokers who will be able to meet the sales target requirement for Monterrazas.

On-top of this, an all-expense paid trip to the land of milk and honey, the United States of America, is also at stake.

Monterrazas is a 200-hectare property characterized by eight contiguous hills with a ridge spanning over three kilometers and traversing barangays Banawa, Guadalupe and Labangon.
