Another Night of Rapture

- Rheena Marie Garcia -

CEBU, Philippines – It was another awesome night in Cebu City last weekend, our stop…LEONARDO’s.

Leonardo’s, located in Lahug, reminds me a lot of Tagaytay and Baguio. The rustic cabin-style interiors and the ambient lights swanks a very casual yet homey feel. Mr. Jojo and Ms. Katherine Lupisan, the owners of Leonardo’s, were kind enough to show me around the place and introduced me to their courteous and welcoming staff.

I heard a lot about Leonardo’s and that stopover convinced me to be there every week. (That was my first visit by the way). Every breath of experience was just spectacular. From the time we went in, up until we concluded the night.

Together with my clique, we took a trip down memory lane as we listened and jammed to the all time favorite rock-alternative songs perfectly pitched by Pandora (fave band ever!). Also playing regularly at Leonardo’s are the Ukelele band and Rhapsody.

On the other hand, speaking of another exciting night, watch out for the Philippines’ First Beach Dance Event and the very first party this summer...PARADISO 2009 on April 4, 2009 at Portofino Beach Resort.

Parokya ni Edgar, CDMC and Philippines’ best DJ, Martin Pulgar, will be there and, of course, Cebu’s most sought after DJs, Marlon Orellano and Rondey Rodriguez, will also spin, completing the revolutionary party experience ever to happen in Cebu.

There’s always something electrifying happening in the South side…and when it’s happening I am there…Til next week.
