AboitizLand, Inc. toasted a banner year 2008 at a night of celebration and recognition for the immense contribution of its partner-real estate brokers at the fabulously designed clubhouse of Pristina North in December.
AboitizLand Vice-President for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Pia Mantecon handed certificates of recognition and cash awards to licensed brokers Michael Placencia, Rosemarie Placencia, Jane Rebusit and Aquilina Eyac for topping sales in the fourth quarter of 2008.
As the event was also a Christmas get-together, partner-firms and groups participated in the caroling contest. Taking home the grand prize for their meaningful rendition was Land Asia Realty. Goldstar Realty and Delta Land bagged the second and third prizes, respectively.
The spectacular program was rivaled in style only by the theme and buffet spread prepared for the evening. Laughter, gaiety, camaraderie, teamwork and friendship were hugely evident at the candle-lit event.
The company’s version of amazing race brought gales of laughter and showcased the team spirit among the agents of different networks.
Leorelei Ylaya, AboitizLand Marketing Manager enthused, “We build strong relationships with our partners and will continue to create activities that will help these relationships flourish.” The night was capped with a serenade from Land Asia Realty President Ric Inting and AboitizLander Richard Simbajon.
