Aboitizland Exhibit Series: A Showcase Of Living Choices

There is more to a home than four walls and a roof - it is a statement of personal necessity, function, and lifestyle. To help would-be vecinos (Spanish for neighbors; used by AboitizLand to mean its homeowners) make better living choices, several community options are showcased this month in a series of shopping center exhibits by AboitizLand, Inc., Cebu's leading developer of high-quality communities and villages.

Leorelei Ylaya, AboitizLand Marketing Manager explains that the company is "seizing the opportunity to make its projects and the most information about these projects highly accessible" in the month of January as arrivals of overseas Filipinos increases as Cebu observes the feast of the Sto. Niño.

SM City Cebu hosted two Kishanta exhibits at the Lower Ground Level Rotunda (fronting Tela Fabrica) last January 19-20; and at the Upper Ground Floor (between National Bookstore and the Nike shop) from January 21-27. Kishanta is an AboitizLand residential community down South, offering a panoramic view of the Bohol Strait and the mountains of Cebu. Just after the Sinulog festivities, AboitiizLand will shake things up again with The Persimmon - Cebu's first urban village. This exhibit for the company's first vertical project will be at the Robinson's Ground Floor activity area from January 19 to 25. 

Ylaya said AboitizLand has been receiving "a good number" of inquiries about its projects from the international Filipino market. "We know that this month, when many (Cebuanos welcome family and friends) from different parts of the world, they also want to look at the various options available for moving up as far as their living arrangements are concerned. "

She added, "Our exhibits were planned in anticipation of the swell of interest that we will have for our horizontal communities and our first vertical project, The Persimmon. They can easily discuss any AboitizLand project with our Sales Representatives at the exhibit area and go on through the mall for their other transactions.
