Aboitiz' Counsel Cocktails

The Aboitiz legal department gathered together a powerhouse cast of lawyers and lawfirms from all over the country, as well as from several international firms (Gibson Dunn, Wikborg Rein, and Baker Botts) during its third annual External Counsel Cocktails. 

On hand to swim with the legal sharks were executives from different Aboitiz subsidiaries and affiliates, including Tsuneishi, FBMA Marine, VECO, Davao Light, Aboitiz Power, AP Renewables, and Metaphil. Supreme Court Justice Florentino Feliciano jetted in from Manila and graced the occasion with his legendary presence.

Jon Ramon Aboitiz and Erramon Aboitiz, outgoing and incoming Aboitiz & Co. CEOs, welcomed the leading legal lights (including partners from SyCip Salazar, PECABAR, Puno&Puno, Villaraza&Cruz, and Puyat Jacinto & Santos) to the Casino Espanol ballroom, where great food and excellent wine allowed the invitees to let down their hair while mixing and mingling. AEV First Vice President and General Counsel Jasmine Oporto introduced her team, which responded by surprising the guests with a twisty dance number.
