Once on the terrace, its architecture and landscape embrace you with pleasant a ambiance. Combined with its unique style décor and modern minimalism, all in all, the resort exudes an uber-high lifestyle feel similar to that of Florida’s best hotels.

The latest addition to Mactan’s ever-growing number of destination hotels, Microtel Inns and Suites opened its doors last week with such flare and elegance. Guests came in chic resort wear filling the hotel lobby down to the beach area with gorgeous men and women dressed in their finest. No less than Madam Governor Gwen Garcia and Tourism Secretary Ace Durano led the ceremonial ribbon cutting along with Consul Grand Benedicto, president of Enrison Land Inc.

After a short program of speeches from dignitaries, poi dancers set the beach on fire and a stunning fireworks display colored the dark skies. Everyone was then treated to sumptuous food and cocktails while live musical entertainment provided vigor and beat throughout the evening. To give guests a glimpse of their luxurious accommodations, several rooms on the ground floor were open for viewing.
