After touring the snowy and marvelous Switzerland, Marco Polo takes you to another country, this time, the beautiful and romantic Spain on a Culinary Journey from August 28 to September 14.

Hurry, savor the rich and exciting flavors of Spain at Marco Polo Plaza as Gema Luisa Pido, Culinary Director of Gustavian (F&B Consultant of Casino Español de Cebu) and Cebu’s foremost authority on Spanish Culinary Tradition has started bringing out her treasured family recipe for Paella, Lengua Estofada, Cocidos, Rellenos, Croquettas, Sans Rival with almonds (yummy!), and dozens more, all becoming part of Café Marco’s award-winning international buffet.

El Viento Restaurant and Pool Bar is offering a selection of Spanish delicacies served a la carte, while the Lobby Lounge is serving a fine selection of authentic Spanish Tapas.

During the opening, Madrid-based international guitarist Adolfo Timual accompanied dancer Jessie Santos and demonstrated the passion, grace and fire of the most sensual of Spain’s dances, the Flamenco.
