Maria M. Clara. Who would think that this is a name of a coffee shop! Owners Arne and Gina Millares decided to open their own coffee shop after years of hopping from one shop to another just to have that caffeine fix.

Located at Miñoza St., IPI Building, Talamban, Maria M. Clara Café boasts of a unique setting that brings clients back to the Spanish era. 

Aside from serving coffee, it also serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their specialties include ham and cheese omelet, tapa, corned beef panini, spaghetti and vegetable and seafood curry.

The shop also sells goodies such as cupcakes, cookies, truffles, cakes and breads. Among their bestsellers are choco ensaymada, choco vermicelli doughnut and strawberry cinnamon.
