One sunny morning I was invited by Jessielyn Abueva-Sato for a luncheon to introduce the Queen of Stone Spa located at St. Patrick’s square Ramon Aboitiz St. near Redemptorist church.
The Queen of Stone Spa uses the medical stone spa, a revolutionary medical healing technique from Japan that uses stone and water. Jessielyn, the owner of Queen of Stone Spa, lived in Japan since she was 15 and shared that the stone spa can really do wonders to a tired and weary body to fight off fatigue, stress and many other discomforts and diseases. She said the spa is applicable to all ages and suggests it for kids aged 7 to 15 who are most often than not stuck to their computers and game boys. She said this can maintain active brain cells. The spa can work wonders on the complexion for those aged 15 to 25, while those aged 28 to 40 can sustain a youthful look. The spa also has a therapeutic effect which can benefit those who have suffered from strokes or paralysis since the treatment can improve blood circulation, activate body cells and get rid of body waste.
The Queen of Stone Spa is managed by Jeremy S. Abueva while Kazuhiko Suzuki is the project engineer. It will soon open a branch at the Park Mall in Mandaue City.
