Two Meats Loaf: Beef and pork married together with house specialty spices, baked to perfection and served with mashed potato, gravy and vegetable.
Coq au Vin: “French classic” stewed chicken in red wine, chicken broth and vegetables, served over pasta.
Boeuf Bourguignon: “Traditional French cuisine” slow roasted beef in red wine, beef broth and vegetables, served over pasta.
La Charcroute: “Rustic French cooking” pork belly, pork chop, knuckles and pork sausage slowly braised and served over sautéed cabbage.
Sole Tapinade: Sole sautéed in garlic and white wine over Tarragon rice with European tapinade of tomato, capers, red onion, black olives, lemon and olive oil.
