Owner Anna Marie Ng, who is hands-on in resto operations, adds that the restaurant is run by a dedicated service crew – some of them are disabled – harelip, crippled, hunchback, deaf-mute, etc. She takes pride in hiring these special people since it has always been her mission to help them. These people have been discriminated by society and deprived of respect. Ng is deeply humbled by the chance to be working with such a professional crew despite their limitations.
