Apgujung comes from a name of a town in Korea where the richest people live. Sally Han, manager, said they brought Apgujung to Cebu to serve their fellow Koreans and other foreigners who love to eat Korean cuisine. Apgujung serves sumptuous meals which includes Beef ribs in barbecue flavor, Spicy cold noodle w/ boiled egg and vegetables, Korean style beef steak with BBQ sauce, Kim Chi soup with chili sauce and soy bean sauce, and Beef Ribs with vegetables served in hot pot.

Apgujung can accommodate up to 100 diners. They also have a room called dadami room, famous in Japanese restaurants, where the customers will have to take off their shoes and squat.

Apgujung is located at the Upper Ground Floor (Fiesta Strip) of SM City Cebu.

“We are very confident here in SM because there are a lot of people coming in, especially because of the expansion building and soon the hotel will open,” Han said.
