When the SM City Cebu Northwing finally opened its doors to its valued patrons, it rolled out a roster of chic choices. As a fashion trailblazer, SM City Cebu featured the collections of the Northwing fashion boutiques one Saturday afternoon that awed fashionistas and the fashionistas-to-be. The notable Fashion Council of Cebu’s creations were a feast to the eyes.
