Ching Palace awarded Best Chinese Restaurant in Cebu

This is the second time in two consecutive years that The Ching Palace bagged the award, says The Ching Palace managing director Joan Yu.
The National Product Quality Excellence Awards recognizes companies, products and services that have achieved product quality excellence.
Those that meet slated standards of product and service excellence are conferred the Seal of Product Quality. The Seal of Product Quality is a symbol that tells consumers that a product or service has met certain rigorous standards of quality. This assures customer satisfaction.
A company, product or service is awarded the Seal of Product Quality and conferred the National Product Quality Excellence Award only if it scores a minimum of eight points (on ten-point scale) in each of the following parameters: a.) ability to satisfy a customer’s needs or requirements; b.) relative freedom from product/service defect; c.) ability to deliver on the product/service promise; d.) high manufacturing/production standards; e.) trustworthiness; and f.) high value.
Last March, The Ching Palace was also awarded the International Management Excellence Award for its outstanding management expertise.

She is proud that aside from attracting Filipino-Chinese families, the restaurant now caters to a wide range of clientele especially an increasing number of tourists and businessmen and various events.
