Tired of paying expensive house rents? Then why not have your own dream house and lot at a price just as much as the value you pay for the monthly rent of the apartment you will never own. The San Josemaria Village in Minglanilla town is now open for prospective buyers. Jose Soberano III, developer and Cebu LandMasters, Inc. President, has assured that the price is just right the working-class families to undertake.

The three-hectare lot will be subdivided into at least 100 slots, each measuring from 85-200 square meters. The price will range from P600,000 -P2 million, depending on the location and the type of house that the buyer prefers. There are eight housing unit models, which include-among others-a one-storey house, a two-storey and a Premium one-storey detached type. Or the buyer can just buy the lot there and build his own housing unit.

The fact that the area is also near the hospitals (Minglanilla District Hospital and the Baking Hospital), the public market, schools, and the Cebu South Coastal Road, makes it a "perfect location" especially for parents who work in Cebu City, and for their children who are still attending school. As the community is located on the hillside of Minglanilla, Soberano describes the place as "quite, serene" and peaceful," thereby making it a good place to be at home and be relaxed.

The subdivision will have facilities that include a basketball court, parks and playground, and a chapel/multipurpose hall.

This village had its groundbreaking ceremony and sales launching last April 21. San JoseMaria Village, located in Purok 5, Poblacion Ward 4, Minglanilla, is now waiting for its new residents.
